The management layer for operational AI
CARE is how management runs operational AI across the organization: what exists, where control is weak, how each agent is meant to work, what needs attention, and who must act.
Inventory and control. Operating model. Management action. Compliance support. One layer above your builders and runtimes.
The control panel
Once the relevant agents are registered and their records are maintained, CARE's control view is a short executive review: where exposure and control stand, whether the estate is improving, and who needs to act.
Compare risk and control without reading every agent definition.
Separate management, technical and implementation issues.
Review the direction of control across teams, not just individual agents.
*The two-minute review applies once the relevant agents have been registered and their records are maintained. It is a management review, not a claim that registration takes two minutes.
Inventory and control
CARE is the inventory and control system for operational AI. It makes elevated risk and insufficient oversight visible by shape, so management can intervene before AI failures become business failures.
Compare exposure and control per process or agent. See which parts of the estate are risky, weakly controlled, or both.
Operating model
CARE is the operating model system for agents at work. It records what an agent is there to do, what it may decide, when it must escalate, who owns those escalations, and what remains off limits - so the arrangement is legible to management and implementers alike.
CARE defines the working arrangement around an agent: role, authority, limits and escalation.
Management action
CARE is a management action system. It does not stop at scoring: it surfaces strengths, weaknesses, threats and priority actions so owners know what to change, what to review first, and what should be monitored.
CARE converts findings into concrete follow-up actions for the estate.
Across any stack
Keep SAP, Microsoft, OpenAI, custom agents and whatever comes next. CARE sits above them as the shared management layer - without asking you to migrate platforms.
Your agents may be autonomous. Accountability for their work is not.
CARE does not replace your builders or runtimes. It makes inventory, operating model, action and review available across the estate.
From one agent to an estate
Your existing tools build and run agents. CARE is the management layer above them: how agents fit the organization, and how management sees and acts on the result.
Register an existing or planned agent. Capable agents can contribute information about themselves through CARE's published integration interface.
Record its job, process, owners, systems, permissions, musts and nevers, and intervention arrangements.
CARE surfaces findings, risks, recommendations and unresolved decisions rather than treating documentation as completion.
Track agents and outstanding actions across owners, teams and departments as circumstances change.
Models, prompts, workflows, integrations and execution.
Inventory, operating model, accountability, findings, action and review - across the estate.
Compliance support
CARE is a compliance-support system: operating records, responsibilities and recurring review in one place. The same management layer can support work toward ISO/IEC 42001 and applicable EU AI Act obligations.

Indicates that this CARE capability is relevant to supporting the stated framework; it does not certify conformity or establish that every AI system has the same legal obligations. Applicability depends on the organization's role, systems and use cases. Certification and legal compliance also depend on organizational measures beyond software.
The return beyond compliance
Once the agent estate is visible, management can see more than exposure. The same shared inventory surfaces where to improve operations, reduce dependency and reuse what already works - turning an investment in AI management into additional business value.
These are potential opportunities surfaced by shared agent information, not automatic cost savings or guaranteed optimization outcomes.
Self-registration
A capable agent often already knows its instructions, tools, intended job and limits. CARE can use that knowledge to start the operating-model record and expose gaps - so management begins with a reviewable arrangement, not an empty questionnaire.
Its purpose, tools, instructions, activities and reported limitations.
Ownership, escalation links, control gaps, risks, contradictions and decisions.
Approve or amend the record, assign accountability and resolve findings.
CARE has owners, too.
CARE asks organizations to make responsibility visible. We hold ourselves to the same standard. These are the people responsible for the product, method and customer relationship.

Common questions
No. CARE is the management layer for operational AI: inventory and control, operating model, management action and compliance support. It is not a checklist product bolted onto a single agent.
No. Keep the tools that create and run your agents. CARE is the platform-independent management layer for how they fit the organization.
No. CARE is not runtime observability, SIEM or an execution trace collector. It manages the declared working arrangement, findings, evidence and organizational control.
No software can do that on its own. CARE helps establish and maintain the operational records, responsibilities and review evidence needed to support management systems and applicable obligations. Your organization remains responsible for implementing them.
Yes. Start with an agent already doing work, establish its arrangement in the management layer, and see what is unresolved. You do not need to rebuild it.
It describes a brief executive review of already-registered, maintained agents: where exposure and control stand, how that is changing, and who needs to act. It is not the time needed to onboard the estate or resolve findings.
Put operational AI under management
Start with one real agent. Build the management picture of your estate as you go. Then spend attention where inventory, control, action and review demand it.
